DAWSON SPT standard sheet pile threader
The standard sheet pile threader SPT of DAWSON enables a fast attaching of the sheetpiles for previbrating and followed by impact driving to reach the final depth, even with bad weather conditions. It is one safe working technique for every types of sheetpiles (AU, PU, AZ, flat).
It is delivered with a set of wheels and holds corresponding to several types of sheetpiles (ex: Kit RA150 for PU20, 22, 25, 26, 28 and AU25). Consult us for more informations.
DAWSON UPT universal sheet pile threader
The USPT threader is the only system in the world capable of handling all sheet pile profiles in singles or pairs (AU, PU, AZ, flat, etc.), both left and right handed without parts changes. The threader is made up of two parts, the first clamps onto the sheet pile which is already in place and the other which is clamped onto the base of the sheet pile to insert which is then slotted into the first sheet pile. This procedure does away with the need for tapering the sheet pile to be threaded.
PAJOT sheet pile threader
The PAJOT threader is easy to use and makes light work of threading single AU and PU piles or pairs thereof as part of a curtain wall. It eliminates the need for a top man several meters from the ground or having to use the rope system. The threading operation is performed by simply pulling on a rope and the machine can be adapted to any profile by changing a single part.
